Breakup Workshops & Group Therapy in Long Beach, CA and Virtual Across California

Welcome!

Just a little about-Why I Created Breakup & Baking, and why its so special to me…

I believe the most important ingredients for healing are social support and presence.

So many people tell me they feel like they have to go through heartbreak alone. At first, they might share with friends, but then start worrying they’re “being a broken record” or a “downer.” Others feel isolated because the relationship itself led them to lose connections with friends, leaving them unsure of who they can turn to.

As an EMDR therapist, I’ve learned how important pendulation is—moving between something heavy and emotionally painful, then shifting into something light, joyful, and positive. That rhythm helps the nervous system regulate and makes space for deeper healing.

This workshop was created with this in mind, to bring that balance to you: a place where you can honor the weight of what you’re going through while also experiencing connection, presence, and even joy.
