Comfort Cookie Club: Baking Workshop

A fun, low-pressure virtual workshop where we use baking as a way to slow down, connect with others, and do something nurturing together.

How it works

Choose Your Group

1. First schedule a call with me. We will talk about what you are hoping to get out of therapy, give you space to express concerns, ask questions, and explore to see if I am a good fit to work with you.

Get the Details

2. You can choose to schedule your first appointment with me during our call or if you decide you need some time, you can reach out by email. You will then receive a “welcome email”, with all the details you need to feel prepared for your first session.

Show Up as You Are

3. We'll work together to set goals and craft a roadmap for Therapy, outlining the steps we'll take together to help you thrive and grow.

Your heart feels heavy. You don't have to carry it alone.

Breakups can leave you feeling completely unlike yourself.

Maybe you're crying more than usual. Thinking about them constantly. Missing them even though you know the relationship wasn't right. Wondering if you'll ever feel normal again.

Maybe you don't even want your ex back. You just want the ache to stop.

And sometimes, you don't need someone to tell you to “move on.”

You just need somewhere to talk about it.

Breakup Reset is a 6-week therapy group for people going through a breakup who want support, connection, and a place to feel understood.

You'll have a chance to talk about what you're experiencing, learn about the emotional and attachment patterns that can make breakups so hard, and connect with other people who understand what it's like to have a heart that hasn't caught up with what your brain knows.

The group is open to adults of all ages, with many members likely to be in their 30s and 40s.

You might be:

  • Struggling to stop thinking about your ex

  • Feeling lonely or overwhelmed

  • Replaying what happened and wondering what you could have done differently

  • Having a hard time sleeping, concentrating, or enjoying things

  • Fighting the urge to text, call, check, or look at their social media

  • Feeling embarrassed that you're still hurting

  • Worried about starting over

  • Wondering if you'll ever find the relationship you want

  • Simply having a really hard time and wanting some support

You don't have to be “over it” to join.

You don't even have to know exactly what you need.

You can just show up as you are.

Browned Butter Carrot Cake Cookies

Why I Created This

As a therapist, I see how many people are holding so much—grief, stress, transitions, or just the weight of everyday life—without a space to slow down and actually process it.

And sometimes, sitting and “talking about it” can feel like too much.

I wanted to create something different.
Something gentle, experiential, and grounding.

A space where you don’t have to force anything—
you can simply show up, be present, and let things unfold naturally.

Because healing doesn’t always happen through talking.
Sometimes it happens while your hands are busy… and your mind finally gets to breathe.

After You Sign Up

You’ll receive an email with:

  • Ingredients list

  • Full recipe

  • Workshop details + what to expect

What you’ll Walk Away With

  • A sense of grounding and calm

  • More clarity around what you’re feeling

  • A deeper connection to yourself and your needs

  • A gentle shift toward what’s next for you

  • And of course… really good cookies 🍪

What to Expect

This is a 3-part guided experience:

Check-In & Reflection
We’ll begin with gentle prompts and journaling to help you connect with what you’ve been carrying and set an intention for the space.

Mindful Baking
We’ll bake browned butter carrot cake cookies together—slowing down, engaging your senses, and creating a moment of calm in your day.

Future-Focused Meditation
We’ll close with a guided meditation to help you reconnect with your future self and what you’re stepping into next.

No pressure to share. No need to “do it right.”
Just come as you are.
