I'm an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. But many of my clients are able to get reimbursed for a portion of therapy through their out-of-network mental health benefits.
If you choose to use those benefits, I’ll provide a monthly superbill—a detailed receipt with everything your insurance company typically needs to process your claim.
Before we begin, it’s helpful to call your insurance provider and ask a few key questions:
Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage?
Is there a deductible I need to meet before reimbursement begins?
What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?
What’s the process for submitting a superbill?
Many clients find this to be a straightforward way to get some financial support for therapy while working with the therapist that feels like the right fit for them.
Let me know if you have any questions—I’m happy to walk you through it.

I help adults heal relationship wounds and reconnect with themselves using a mix of Attachment-Based EMDR Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic techniques. While those may sound clinical, what it really means is this:
We gently explore the patterns and protective parts that have formed through past experiences—especially in relationships—and help you shift them from the inside out.
My therapy style is:
Compassionate and grounding – I create a space where you can slow down, be seen, and feel safe.
Empowering and honest – I’ll gently challenge the inner narratives that no longer serve you, while always honoring your pace.
Attachment-focused – We’ll explore how early experiences shaped your relationships and help you build new, secure ways of connecting—with others and with yourself.
EMDR-informed – EMDR therapy helps process and release stuck emotional pain or trauma so it no longer controls your present.
Parts-aware – Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), we’ll get to know the protective parts of you that have worked hard to keep you safe, while helping your core Self lead with more clarity and confidence.
You don’t need to have the right words or a polished story to start. You just need the desire for something to shift—and a therapist who truly believes that healing is possible.

I can also provide you with a superbill, which you submit to your insurance as “out of network provider”, which they may or may not REIMBURSE you for services.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
● You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
● Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
● If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
● Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
